Individual Adult and Youth Therapy
Our team of highly skilled, compassionate, and culturally responsive therapists provide individualized care tailored to your needs.
Psychiatry
Psychiatric services are available for youth and adults and include medication management, long-lasting injections, and health education.
Crisis Support
Crisis workers are available 24/7, 365 days per year. Support is provided via phone or in person during a mental health emergency.
Group Therapy
Curriculum-based therapy groups help individuals learn coping strategies to manage symptoms, maximize the ability to live independently and increase skills to effectively navigate a social environment.
Adult Trauma Clinic
This intensive program provides trauma specific treatment using EMDR and other evidenced-based approaches through both individual and group sessions.
Suicide Prevention
We offer educational workshops helping individuals identify the signs of suicide and to learn how to support someone who is struggling.
