Thrive Counseling Center will offer an 8-week course beginning Tuesday, Janurary 30, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 pm. The course runs through March, 20th. This course uses mindfulness as a means of responding to stress, pain, anxiety, depression and illness. Techniques include meditation, mindful eating, mindful breathing and individually-tailored instruction. The fee for the course is $200 which includes an audio meditation CD, course subject materials and additional digital resources.

Course registration is available through January 23rd. This course is not appropriate for all individuals. A phone screening is required to determine eligibility before you can register for the course.
