Dialectical Behavioral Health Therapy Group with Ben Olson, Thursdays, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based, in-person group therapy program designed to help increase resilience and build a life experienced as worth living. Participants will learn and practice skills in mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. The full curriculum spans 12 weeks and is divided into three separate 4-week modules. New participants may join at the beginning of any module. This in-person group is open to adults ages 18 and older. Pre-screening is required. Please see the linked flyer for contact information and registration details.
