Our wide range of Group Therapy offerings provide individuals with opportunities to learn coping strategies to manage symptoms, process experiences, build skills to live independently, and navigate social environments effectively. Below is a list of our current group offerings, some are held in person while others remain in a virtual environment.

Adult Groups

Art Therapy with Angie Potaczek, LCPC, ATR Tuesdays, 10:00 am -11:30 am, in person

Art Therapy offers adults an opportunity to explore creativity through art-making. Participants work on art projects at home and then talk about their art with group members in a relaxing, non-judgmental environment. The group is for adults ages 18+. See linked flyer for registration information.

Dialectical Behavioral Health Therapy Group with Madeleine Hannes, Thursdays, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based group therapy to help increase resilience and build a life experienced as worth living. In this group we will work on mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance. The complete group curriculum spans across 12 weeks and consists of three separate 4-week modules.  New participants may join at the beginning of any module.  This group is for adults ages 18+. Grief Group - Virtual with Kimberly Peyton-Reyes, LCPC Wednesdays from 10 am – 11:00 am

We provide a safe space to share your experience. This group will discuss the different stages of grief and learn tools to cope. This group is for adults ages 18+. Pre-screening is required, see linked flyer for contact information.

Relationships Group with Kimberly Peyton-Reyes Fridays, 10:00 am -11:00 am, in person

Relationships Group explores ways to help form and maintain positive connections, interactions, and boundaries with people in our lives. Healthy boundaries can ensure that relationships are mutually respectful and can help participants establish individuality and self-reliance. This group is for adults ages 18+. Trauma Clinic with Angie Pill, LCSW, CADC, EMDR Certified Therapist; Alice Amell, LPC, Trauma Therapist; and Laura Arbetman, MSW, Trauma Therapist. This consists of 3 weekly groups and one weekly EMDR individual session.

The purpose of this program is to address the neurophysiological responses to traumatic experiences by offering a menu of evidence-based time-limited trauma interventions by qualified staff. Learning to live with the experience, understanding we can’t eradicate it, and we can reduce the negative impact it has on daily functioning. This is for adults ages 18+.
