Is my donation tax-deductible?

In most cases, yes. Thrive is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization in the United States. When applicable, our team will prepare tax receipts for donors who provide an email address or mailing address.

Per the IRS, some contribution vehicles like IRA charitable distributions and gifts directed through a Donor Advised Fund, will receive a thank you letter from us instead of tax receipts. Thrive does not provide legal advice. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine whether your donation is tax-deductible.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. When making a gift online, please select the option  “Don’t share my name publicly.” No one other than Thrive staff will see your gift. If giving by check, please simply include a note with your desire to remain anonymous.

If you want your gift to be fully anonymous, please contact development@thrivecc.org to facilitate a fully anonymous gift. Please note that we cannot provide tax letters for fully anonymous gifts.

Is my donation refundable?

Donations are non-refundable.
