Lilly (she/her) holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics with a concentration in Astrophysics from the University of Pennsylvania. She has more than 5 years of experience in academic research, and has additional experience in office management, marketing, and educational outreach. She hopes to use her administrative skills to support Thrive's core mission and help it to flourish.In her spare time, Lilly enjoys baking, sewing, and playing video games with friends.
