Shakala (she/her) has more than five years of experience in CMHC revenue cycle management and team leadership. She is passionate about improving processes, developing teams, and finding solutions that strengthen revenue cycle processes and support quality care. Outside of work, Shakala enjoys spending time with friends & family including her “grand pup” Luna, pursuing her entrepreneurial interests, reading, watching a variety of documentaries, and enjoying the arts (plays, ballets, museums etc.).
